Four Directions Cuisine was established by Venezuelan Andean Native Andrea Murdoch.  Her goal is to create thoughtful, unique and life inspired dishes by blending together ingredients from Latin America with the ingredients of North American tribes.  In this interpretation of Indigenous cuisine, ancient meets modern, thought meets emotion and reality meets whimsy.

Ingredients are sourced from local vendors as well as other Indigenous  businesses as often as possible in an effort to support local economy and raise awareness of Indigenous foods and culture.  Stories are told through food.  Allow Andrea to converse with you through the Four Directions.
