Chef Andrea draws inspiration from the deep and meaningful relationships Indigenous peoples have to the land, water, plants and animals. Rejecting mass-produced factory-farm food in favor of locally grown and Native-produced ingredients, she creates seasonal, gourmet dishes that are delicious and healthy.
