Welcome — My name is Andrea Condes (Ahn-drah-uh Kohn-dehs). I am the chef and founder of Four Directions Cuisine and Condes Concepts.
I'm a proud Venezuelan, and my work is rooted in Indigenous cultural foodways, prepared and shared with a single purpose: nourishment that makes an impact. For me, food is more than just a meal. It's a way to honor tradition, connect people to culture, and support real, lasting wellbeing in the communities I serve.
My path here has been built on an education from The Culinary Institute of America and over two decades in restaurant and catering operations Additionally, I've spent eleven years in culinary education and public speaking, teaching others not just how to cook, but how and why food matters — as history, as identity, as care.
I lead with a strong work ethic and a genuine passion for helping clients get results, whether that means a flawless event, menus that support health goals, or a partnership that grows over time. Every project I take on receives the same level of care: thoughtful dependable service from first conversation to final plate.
That commitment is reflected in the long-standing partnerships I'm proud to hold with Navajo Technical University, the American Indian College Fund, and Anythink Libraries — relationships built on trust, shared values, and consistent follow-through.
If you're looking for a chef who brings knowledge, care, and cultural depth to the table, I'd love to work with you.
Our calendar fills up quickly. Please provide us with the initial details of your event, and our culinary team will coordinate with you to design a tailored experience.

Bridging cultures through the universal language of flavor. Every dish is a carefully crafted journey across the four directions.
